  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips for ganache
  • 1/2 cup chopped Snickers bars

Method
 

  1. Prepare the crust.
  2. Bake the crust.
  3. Prepare the cheesecake filling.
  4. Add peanut butter and vanilla.
  5. Whip the cream and fold it in.
  6. Combine chopped Snickers and pour into crust.
  7. Bake and cool the cheesecake.
  8. Prepare the chocolate ganache.
  9. Assemble and chill.
  10. Serve.
