Ingredients

  • 1 15.25 oz. box red velvet cake mix
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar for coating

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and baking powder. Mix until smooth.
  • Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  • Once chilled, take about 2 tablespoons of dough and roll into balls. Roll each ball in powdered sugar until fully coated.
  • Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
