- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add ground beef, seasonings, salt, and pepper.
- Brown the beef until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in the beef broth and stir to combine.
- Add the pasta, cover, and simmer for 9-12 minutes until al dente.
- Stir in heavy cream and half of the Parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately, garnished with remaining Parmesan.
