- 1/4 cup melted butter (cooled)
- For glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar + 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, beat eggs, maple syrup, milk, and melted butter until smooth.
- Gently combine wet ingredients into dry ingredients; stir until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown; a toothpick inserted should come out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Mix powdered sugar with milk for the glaze and drizzle over cooled bars.
