Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, minced garlic, sea salt, black pepper, thyme, ginger, and egg.
Using a tablespoon, scoop out the turkey mixture and form into balls.
Place the formed meatballs on a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
Meanwhile, prepare the cranberry sauce by combining cranberries, coconut sugar, and pineapple juice in a saucepan over medium heat.
Cook until cranberries pop and the mixture thickens, about 10-15 minutes.
Once the meatballs are done, add them to the cranberry sauce and stir to coat.
Simmer together for an additional 5-10 minutes before serving.
