Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef 80/20
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices cheese optional
  • Condiments ketchup, mustard, mayo
  • Toppings lettuce, tomato, pickles

Instructions

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Form the beef mixture into four equal patties, making a slight indent in the center.
  • Place the patties on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on one side.
  • Flip the burgers gently and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, adding cheese if desired.
  • Remove the burgers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
  • Toast the burger buns on the grill until golden brown, if desired.
