Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, shredded cheese, green onions, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
