Ingredients

  • 1 pint fresh strawberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice optional
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  • Prepare the strawberries by cutting off the stems and slicing them in half.
  • Hollow out the center of each strawberry half.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice to the cream cheese.
  • Mix until thoroughly combined and smooth.
  • Fill a piping bag with the cream cheese mixture.
  • Pipe the cream cheese mixture onto each strawberry half.
  • Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the filled strawberries.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
