Delightfully Layered Strawberry Jello Parfaits
Strawberry Jello Parfaits made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.
- 3 3 oz. boxes of Strawberry Jello
- 3 cups boiling water
- 3 cups cold water
- 8 ounces cool whip
- Fresh strawberries hulled and quartered
- Plastic cups 9 oz.
- Muffin tin
- Tin foil or other small props for tilting
Prepare the cups using a muffin tin.
Boil water and dissolve Jello.
Add cold water to the Jello mixture.
Fill the tilted cups with Jello.
Insert strawberries and refrigerate.
Prepare the pink layer of Jello.
Cool and combine with Cool Whip.
Remove foil support and add the pink layer.
Final refrigeration before serving.
Serve with whipped cream and strawberries.
