- Prepare the cups using a muffin tin.
- Boil water and dissolve Jello.
- Add cold water to the Jello mixture.
- Fill the tilted cups with Jello.
- Insert strawberries and refrigerate.
- Prepare the pink layer of Jello.
- Cool and combine with Cool Whip.
- Remove foil support and add the pink layer.
- Final refrigeration before serving.
- Serve with whipped cream and strawberries.
