Delightfully Layered Strawberry Jello Parfaits

Strawberry Jello Parfaits made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.

Ingredients

  • 3 3 oz. boxes of Strawberry Jello
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 8 ounces cool whip
  • Fresh strawberries hulled and quartered
  • Plastic cups 9 oz.
  • Muffin tin
  • Tin foil or other small props for tilting

Instructions

  • Prepare the cups using a muffin tin.
  • Boil water and dissolve Jello.
  • Add cold water to the Jello mixture.
  • Fill the tilted cups with Jello.
  • Insert strawberries and refrigerate.
  • Prepare the pink layer of Jello.
  • Cool and combine with Cool Whip.
  • Remove foil support and add the pink layer.
  • Final refrigeration before serving.
  • Serve with whipped cream and strawberries.
