Deliciously Crispy Halloumi Fries Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g halloumi cheese
  • 130 g all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 100 g panko breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Cut the halloumi into fry-shaped pieces.
  2. Prepare the coating station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko.
  3. Season the flour with salt and pepper.
  4. Dredge halloumi pieces in flour, then dip in egg, and coat with panko.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  6. Carefully add halloumi fries to the hot oil.
  7. Fry until golden brown on all sides.
  8. Drain the fries on paper towels and season immediately.
  9. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
