Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing on low speed until just combined.
Using a 1 tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop dough, roll in granulated sugar, and place on a lined baking sheet.
Bake the cookies for 8 minutes, then immediately press a Hershey's Kiss into the center of each cookie.
Let cookies cool on a wire rack before serving.
