Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Catalina dressing
  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Place chicken breasts in the Crock Pot.
  2. Add Catalina dressing over the chicken.
  3. Spoon apricot preserves over the top.
  4. Sprinkle the onion soup mix and add diced onions.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper on top.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
  7. Once done, shred the chicken and stir the sauce.
  8. Serve over rice or your choice of side.
