Method
- Place chicken breasts in the Crock Pot.
- Add Catalina dressing over the chicken.
- Spoon apricot preserves over the top.
- Sprinkle the onion soup mix and add diced onions.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
- Once done, shred the chicken and stir the sauce.
- Serve over rice or your choice of side.
