Prep the Ingredients
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place a portion of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla and roll them tightly.
- In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs with a little salt and pepper.
- Spray the outside of each wrap with olive oil spray and then roll in the breadcrumb mixture to coat.
Cooking
- Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (188°C).
Assembling the Wraps
- Place the wraps in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, turning halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
