Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Olive oil spray
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Prep the Ingredients
  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place a portion of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla and roll them tightly.
  3. In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs with a little salt and pepper.
  4. Spray the outside of each wrap with olive oil spray and then roll in the breadcrumb mixture to coat.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (188°C).
Assembling the Wraps
  1. Place the wraps in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, turning halfway through.
  2. Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
