Crispy Air Fryer Chicken and Mozzarella Wraps

Crispy Air Fryer Chicken & Mozzarella Wraps: Quick & made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large chicken breasts approximately 1 pound total
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing optional, for serving

Method
 

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the chicken strips to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the seasoning.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Place the seasoned chicken strips in a single layer in the basket.
  7. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Remove the cooked chicken from the air fryer.
  9. On each tortilla, place a layer of fresh spinach and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  10. Add the cooked chicken strips to the tortillas.
  11. Roll the tortillas tightly to enclose the filling.
  12. Spray the outside of each wrap lightly with olive oil spray.
  13. Place the wraps in the air fryer basket seam-side down.
  14. Air fry the wraps at 375°F (190°C) for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  15. Remove the wraps from the air fryer and let them cool slightly.
  16. Slice each wrap in half and serve with ranch dressing if desired.
