Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
