Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces of pasta
  • 1 pound Andouille sausage
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add diced onions.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Slice Andouille sausage and add it to the skillet.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, mixing well.
  6. Stir in smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
