Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the cooked, diced chicken to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper.
- Mix in the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese until melted and gooey.
- Warm the flour tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
- Spread a little butter on each tortilla, then fill with the cheesy chicken mixture.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
