- 6 large croissants, torn into pieces
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the torn croissant pieces, diced ham, and shredded cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour the egg mixture over the croissant mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden brown on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
