Description
Simple and delicious 3-ingredient crockpot grape jelly meatballs are perfect for parties or gatherings. Slow-cooked meatballs in a sweet and savory grape jelly and hoisin sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds frozen meatballs (beef or turkey)
- 1 cup grape jelly
- 1 cup hoisin sauce
Instructions
- Combine the grape jelly and hoisin sauce in your crockpot. Stir well until mixed.
- Add the frozen meatballs to the crockpot mixture. Stir gently to coat the meatballs evenly with the sauce.
- Cover the crockpot and set it to low heat. Cook for 4 to 6 hours.
- Once cooked and heated through, stir the meatballs gently and serve warm. Use toothpicks for easy serving at parties.
Notes
- You can substitute BBQ sauce for hoisin sauce for a different flavor.
- Monitor cooking time, as fresh meatballs may cook faster.
- For a thicker sauce, simmer the mixture on the stovetop for a few minutes before adding meatballs to the crockpot.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat by microwaving or in the crockpot on low.
