Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas and grated zucchini.
  3. Add the melted coconut oil, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract to the banana mixture and stir until well combined.
