- 2 large Chicken Breast (Boneless, skinless, cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 1 lb (450g) Twisted Pasta (Fusilli or any pasta you prefer)
- 3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 4–5 cloves Minced Garlic (fresh is best)
- 1 ½ cups Heavy Cream
- ½ cup Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated for best results)
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
- Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the chicken cubes and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in the heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
- Add the grated parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, you can substitute half-and-half for heavy cream.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or broccoli for added nutrition.
- This dish pairs well with a side salad or garlic bread.
