Ingredients

- 12 oz cheese tortellini
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and basil.
- Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
