- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup taco sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Drain excess fat and stir in taco sauce, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the cooked rice, sour cream, and diced tomatoes.
- Lay out the flour tortillas and evenly distribute the beef mixture, rice mixture, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll it up tightly.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and place the burritos seam-side down to toast for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Serve with nacho cheese sauce for dipping.
