Ingredients
Scale
- 2 racks pork ribs (about 3–4 lbs total)
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, ketchup, minced garlic, rice vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, grated ginger, and black pepper.
- Cook the sauce over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it thickens slightly, about 5-7 minutes. This creates your sticky honey garlic sauce.
- Season the pork ribs with salt and pepper.
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet.
- Brush a generous amount of the sticky honey garlic sauce over the ribs.
- Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the ribs are tender.
- During the last 30 minutes of baking, brush with more honey garlic glaze every 10 minutes to build up the sticky coating.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
- Serve your delicious sticky honey garlic ribs with extra sauce on the side.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- You can also grill these ribs after applying the glaze for a smoky flavor.
- Ensure the sauce is well-coated on the ribs for maximum flavor.
