  • 2 racks pork ribs (about 34 lbs total)
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, ketchup, minced garlic, rice vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, grated ginger, and black pepper.
  3. Cook the sauce over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it thickens slightly, about 5-7 minutes. This creates your sticky honey garlic sauce.
  4. Season the pork ribs with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the ribs on a baking sheet.
  6. Brush a generous amount of the sticky honey garlic sauce over the ribs.
  7. Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the ribs are tender.
  8. During the last 30 minutes of baking, brush with more honey garlic glaze every 10 minutes to build up the sticky coating.
