Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steaks to the skillet and cook to your desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  4. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
  5. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the bourbon and let it simmer for a few minutes to reduce slightly.
  7. Add the heavy cream and stir until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
  8. Return the steaks to the skillet, coating them with the sauce.
  9. Serve the steaks garnished with fresh parsley and additional sauce on top.
