- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 2 ears of corn, cut into thirds
- 1/2 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, corn, and sausage. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a large sheet pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Add the shrimp to the sheet pan and toss everything together.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
