A simple and delicious recipe for roasted green beans topped with Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
Ingredients

- 1 lb fresh green beans
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- 2 TBSP Grated or Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 2 TBSP Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder (or fresh roasted garlic)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; toss to coat.
- Spread green beans on a large rimmed baking sheet in an even layer.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes or until tender as desired; stirring halfway through.
- Place on a serving platter and serve as desired. Optionally, add another sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
Notes
- For a stronger garlic flavor, use fresh roasted garlic instead of garlic powder.
- Adjust roasting time based on desired tenderness of green beans.
