A refreshing and cool cucumber lemonade perfect for summer days.
Ingredients

- 2 large cucumbers, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- 4 cups cold water
- lemon slices and cucumber slices for garnish
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Place the sliced cucumbers into a blender and puree until smooth.
- Strain the cucumber puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove pulp.
- Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar to the cucumber juice in the pitcher.
- Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Pour in the cold water and mix well.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness by adding more sugar or lemon juice as desired.
- Refrigerate the lemonade for at least 1 hour to chill and allow flavors to meld.
- Serve over ice cubes, garnished with lemon slices, cucumber slices, and fresh mint leaves if desired.
Notes
- Adjust the sugar based on your sweetness preference.
- For a more intense flavor, let the lemonade chill longer.
