- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/3 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
- 1/4 cup chopped salted peanuts (optional)
- Chocolate drizzle (melted chocolate or syrup, for garnish)
- Graham crackers, pretzels, or fruit for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
- Add powdered sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Beat until fully combined.
- Fold in half of the mini chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, butterscotch chips, and chopped Reese’s.
- Scoop the mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Unwrap the ball and roll it in the remaining chips, chopped Reese’s, and peanuts.
- Drizzle generously with melted chocolate or syrup.
- Serve chilled with graham crackers, pretzels, or fruit.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
- Make sure the cream cheese and butter are at room temperature for easier mixing.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
