Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Toast the bread in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Top each toasted slice with a generous spoonful of the whipped ricotta.
  6. Add the diced peaches on top of the ricotta.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
