Instructions

- In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar.
- In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, eggs, vanilla extract, milk, and vegetable oil until smooth.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just mixed—avoid overmixing.
- If using a donut pan, fill each mold halfway; if frying, spoon batter into hot oil in ring shapes.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or fry until golden brown and cooked through.
