Ingredients
- Breakfast Sausage: 1 pound
- Pancake Mix: 2 cups
- Eggs: 4 large
- Milk: 1 cup
- Shredded Cheese: 1 cup (mild cheddar or your choice)
- Maple Syrup: to taste
- Baking Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- Butter: for greasing the dish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook your breakfast sausage over medium heat until fully browned, then drain excess grease and set aside.
- In a bowl, prepare the pancake mix according to the instructions, adding milk, eggs, and baking powder, and stir until smooth.
