Description

A refreshing and easy-to-make no-bake dessert featuring layers of creamy pineapple filling and a crunchy crust, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add the powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping and drained crushed pineapple into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread the pineapple cream mixture over the crust evenly.
  6. If desired, sprinkle shredded coconut on top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set before serving.

Notes

  • For a tropical twist, add chopped nuts or maraschino cherries on top.
  • This dessert can be made a day in advance for convenience.
