Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onions and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add the chopped mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and become tender.
  4. Stir in the thyme, sage, salt, and pepper.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the sautéed mixture with the bread cubes.
  6. Pour the vegetable broth over the mixture and stir until well combined.
  7. Transfer the stuffing to a greased baking dish and cover with foil.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
