- 4 cups of bread cubes

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onions and garlic until translucent.
- Add the chopped mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and become tender.
- Stir in the thyme, sage, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine the sautéed mixture with the bread cubes.
- Pour the vegetable broth over the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the stuffing to a greased baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
