Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 tsp Ceremonial Grade Matcha Powder
- 1 Egg White (optional, for vegan use aquafaba or omit)
- Ice
- Garnish: Lemon twist or edible flower
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and matcha powder.
- If using, add the egg white (or aquafaba).
- Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to emulsify the egg white and matcha.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled, about 15-20 seconds.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist or edible flower.
