Ingredients
- For the Crust:
- 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs

- For the Cheesecake Filling:
- 16 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Heavy Cream

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Mix until crumbly and press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes until set, then remove and cool.
