- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve.
