Description

Hobo Casserole with Ground Beef & Potatoes is a quick and delicious one-pot meal that combines ground beef, potatoes, and vegetables for a hearty dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 medium potatoes, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can (15 oz) green beans, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. In a large baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes, followed by the cooked ground beef, chopped onion, and green beans.
  4. Spread the cream of mushroom soup over the top and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
  6. Remove the foil, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
