  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • For the filling:
  • 2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and diced (Approximately 34 medium peaches)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish and set aside to prepare the peach bars.
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Add the softened butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs for your peach dessert bars.
  3. Reserve about 1 cup of the crust mixture for topping, and press the remaining mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish evenly to form the base of your summer peach bars.
