Ingredients

  • Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix coconut milk, soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and red curry paste to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
