Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons tzatziki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 large whole wheat or gluten-free wraps
  • Optional: 1/4 cup chopped Kalamata olives
  • Optional: 1/4 cup chopped tomato

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the drained and flaked tuna, chopped cucumber, chopped red onion, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped fresh parsley.
  2. Add the tzatziki sauce and lemon juice to the tuna mixture.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper to your preference. Stir gently to combine all ingredients for your Greek tuna wrap.
  4. If using, add the Kalamata olives and chopped tomato to the mixture.
  5. Warm the wraps slightly if desired, according to package instructions.
  6. Spoon the Greek tuna salad mixture evenly onto the center of each wrap.
