- ½ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 Tablespoons butter, divided
- 4 cloves minced fresh garlic
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 8 oz angel hair pasta
- Fresh Parsley, to garnish
Instructions
- Cook angel hair pasta according to package directions.
- While pasta cooks, melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and milk. Bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Drain pasta and add it to the saucepan with the sauce.
- Toss pasta to coat evenly. Add remaining tablespoon of butter.
