Description

Garlic Parmesan Pasta is a simple yet flavorful dish. It combines pasta with a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce. This recipe is quick, easy, and satisfying.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tablespoons butter, divided
  • 4 cloves minced fresh garlic
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 oz angel hair pasta
  • Fresh Parsley, to garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook angel hair pasta according to package directions.
  2. While pasta cooks, melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and milk. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Drain pasta and add it to the saucepan with the sauce.
  7. Toss pasta to coat evenly. Add remaining tablespoon of butter.
