Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are savory, bite-sized treats. They combine ground beef, cheddar, and garlic parmesan flavors, all wrapped in biscuit dough. Enjoy this easy cheeseburger appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese for filling
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese for topping
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter for brushing
  • Chopped fresh parsley as needed for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) while you prepare the filling for the Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat and add garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined and remove from heat.
  3. Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit with your hands or a rolling pin until about ¼ inch thick.
  4. Place a tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Top with a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch to seal the Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs, ensuring there are no openings.
  6. Place the stuffed biscuits seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in your preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven, garnish the Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs with chopped parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the beef mixture.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, like marinara or ranch.
  • You can prepare the beef mixture ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator until ready to use.
