Instructions
- Cook the orzo pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are tender, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
