Frozen S’mores are a delightful summer treat that combines the classic flavors of s’mores with a refreshing twist, perfect for hot days.
Ingredients
- Graham crackers – 8 pieces
- Marshmallows – 16 pieces
- Chocolate bars – 2 (standard size)
- Vanilla ice cream – 2 cups
- Chocolate syrup – for drizzling
Instructions
- Start by laying out 4 graham cracker pieces on a flat surface.
- Place 2 marshmallows on each graham cracker piece.
- Toast the marshmallows until golden brown, either using a kitchen torch or broiler.
- Once toasted, place a piece of chocolate on top of the marshmallows.
- Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the chocolate.
- Top with another graham cracker piece to create a sandwich.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top.
- Wrap each sandwich in plastic wrap and freeze for at least 2 hours.
- Serve chilled and enjoy your Frozen S’mores!
Notes
