Ingredients
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and diced
1 medium jalapeño, seeds removed and finely chopped (adjust to taste)

Juice of 1 lime
1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional for added sweetness)
Salt to taste
Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced strawberries, finely chopped jalapeño, minced red onion, and chopped cilantro.
Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mixture, ensuring all the ingredients are well coated.
If you prefer a touch of sweetness, drizzle in the honey or agave syrup and mix thoroughly.
