- 2 cans of corn, drained
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of diced green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained corn, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese, diced green onions, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled with tortilla chips or crackers.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add diced jalapeños or hot sauce.
- This dip can be made a day in advance for convenience.
