- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each chicken breast into the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken cutlets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spray the cutlets lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in your favorite spices for a few hours before coating.
