Description

Crispy Parmesan Chicken with a Rich Garlic Sauce is a delicious and flavorful dish that combines the crunch of parmesan crust with a creamy garlic sauce, perfect for any dinner occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, mix the Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
  3. In another dish, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third dish, place the flour.
  5. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  6. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in the beaten eggs, and then coat with the Parmesan and breadcrumb mixture.
  7. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
  8. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  9. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  10. Stir in heavy cream and simmer until the sauce thickens.
  11. Serve the chicken topped with the rich garlic sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
