Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: Combine whole wheat flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Gradually mix in warm milk and melted butter until a cohesive dough forms. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- First Rise: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Make the Filling: Mix brown sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl until evenly distributed.
